📝 Step 1 – Create Your Race Control Profile
All Michelin EWXC entries are completed through Race Control.
Before entering your first race, you’ll need to create your own Race Control profile using your personal details and motorcycle information.
Important
- Every rider must have their own Race Control profile.
- You cannot enter another rider using your profile.
- Save your username and password for future events.
📖 Step 2 – Read the Race Regulations
Before every event, download and read the Race Regulations available under Race Downloads on Race Control.
These documents include important information such as:
- Venue Directions
- Race Schedule
- Riders Briefing
- Safety Information
- Event Procedures
- WhatsApp Group Link
🏍️ Step 3 – Enter the Event
Once your profile has been created, simply enter the event online.
You may use the race number already displayed on your motorcycle.
If another rider has already entered using the same number, we’ll allocate you an alternative number to ensure accurate timing.
🔢 Step 4 – Bike Numbers
Every motorcycle must display a clearly visible race number.
Your bike number must match your Race Control entry.
No number = No Start.
⌚ Step 5 – Race Control Timing Tag
Every rider requires a Race Control Timing Tag.
- Cost: R100
- Purchased once only
- Re-used at every Enduro World event
If you don’t already have one, simply purchase it during documentation on race day.
📱 Step 6 – Join the Event WhatsApp Group
Each event has its own WhatsApp group where we share:
- Event Updates
- Riders Briefing Voice Notes
- Last-minute Notices
- Important Race Information
You’ll find the WhatsApp link in the Race Regulations.
We strongly encourage every rider to join before race day.
🎉 That’s It!
