🟒2 Click Register (top of page) and create your Race Control profile
🟒3 Open the Event Calendar and select the Michelin EWXC event
🟒4 Open Race Downloads to read the race regulations & choose your class
🟒5 Click ENTER EVENT and complete:

Cancellation Policy

Event Cancellation Policy

Should the event be cancelled by Enduro World, a full refund LESS a R50-00 admin fee, will be processed within 3 weeks from the date of the event.Β  Should the event be postponed to a further date Enduro World will keep your funds as a credit for the new dates or for their next event.

Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen issue / problem that is no fault of Enduro World no refunds will be given.

If you cancel 3 weeks prior to the event – no refund will be due to you.Β  This also includes riders who pay and do not pitch up for the event.

If you cancel 5 weeks prior to the event  – 50% refund will be due to you

If you cancel 6 weeks or more prior to the event – a 75% refund will be due to you

The Michelin EWXC caters for riders of all ages and skill levels, from first-time competitors through to South Africa’s top professional riders.

The event is split into two races, allowing riders to compete against others of similar ability.

🏁 Race 1 – Pro Classes

πŸ₯‡ Pro Elite

Sponsored and highly advanced riders on any size enduro motorcycle.

Typically Gold Roof and upper Silver Roof level riders.

πŸ₯ˆ Pro B

Advanced riders on any size enduro motorcycle.

Typically Silver Roof and upper Bronze Roof level riders.

πŸ‘‘ Senior Pro

Sponsored and advanced riders turning 36 years or older during the race year.

Approximately 75% of the full race distance.

πŸ’ͺ Masters

Sponsored and advanced riders turning 46 years or older during the race year.

Approximately 50% of the full race distance.

⭐ Grand Masters (NEW for 2026)

Sponsored and advanced riders turning 56 years or older during the race year.

Approximately 50% of the full race distance.

πŸŽ“ High School

Advanced riders aged 13 to 18 years on any size motorcycle (including 300cc and 150cc).

Approximately 75% of the full race distance.

Terms and Conditions apply regarding rider age and motorcycle eligibility.

For stronger intermediate riders capable of completing Bronze Roof level terrain.

Approximately 75% of the race distance.

For intermediate riders.

Approximately 75% of the race distance.

🀝 Club

Perfect for recreational riders with approximately 1–2 years of riding experience who simply want to enjoy the day.

Approximately 50% of the race distance.

🚸 Pro Mini

Advanced young riders aged 12 to 15 years riding motorcycles up to:

  • 85cc Two-Stroke
  • 150cc Four-Stroke

Riders complete the full course at approximately 50% race distance.

For female riders with the technical ability to complete the full Race 2 loop.

🌱 Discovery Class

New for 2025, the Discovery Class is perfect for riders who would like to experience a Michelin EWXC event without committing to the full race.

This class completes one lap of the Green (Race 2) route.

Suitable for:

  • Male and female riders
  • All ages
  • Enduro motorcycles from 85cc big wheel up to 300cc

It’s the ideal class if you’re new to enduro racing and want to experience the excitement of an EWXC event in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

🎀 Riders Briefing

A short Riders Briefing will be held before the start of both Race 1 and Race 2.

Please note:

The detailed Riders Briefing is sent via Email and WhatsApp Voice Note before the event.

Attendance at the on-site briefing is compulsory.

Race 1 riders line up according to their seeded starting order.

08:30

Race 1 starts.

Riders leave in short intervals (approximately six riders at a time).

09:15

Race 2 riders line up according to their seeded starting order.

09:30

Race 2 starts.

Race 2 uses the same start and finish area as Race 1, with some route variations where applicable.

⏰ Race Cut-Off Times

Race 1

Approximately 13:00

Riders have 4 hours from the start of the first rider.

Any lap completed after the official cut-off time will not count.

Race 2

Approximately 13:00

Riders have approximately 3Β½ hours from the time the last rider starts.

Any lap completed after the official cut-off time will not count.
